Hi! People! I will talk about my favorite movie since was
a have seven years old. The name of this movie is "A Clockwork orange” of
the director Stanley Kubrick. I like very much this movie because the drama is
very intense, it has so much symbols and messages.
The main character is Alex DeLarge and is played by
actor Malcolm McDowell. Alex is a juvenile delinquent who with his gang
enjoy violence and sexual violation.
That is until he is caught and he is used to test psychiatric rehabilitation
with behavioral techniques. The film is mainly about that.
At first it shows the
simple life of the protagonist that focuses only on the three interests:
classical music, sex and violence. Besides we know his dysfunctional family and
the society that surrounds him, so we understand a bit the cause of drama. Then
in the course of history, it shows how
this young also leads a band of bad guys and how they do bad things. Alex is caught
and rehabilitated to finally to be
inserted back into society . The interesting thing about the movie and I like it is the treatment of the scenes; the
costumes, the soundtrack and the script that
mix irony and expression, the entire film is a metaphor that appeals to
society, their archetypes and their ways to solve a problem, through the
conditioning and the same violence. Another interesting thing is that the film
is based on a 1962 novel that projected
in their arguments how would be the future in 1995. In
conclusion, it is my favorite movie.
